Rooms, passages, ceilings, trim, skirtings and doors. We cover and protect what stays, fill and sand what needs it, cut in by hand, and clean up properly afterwards. If you are moving in or out, we can work to a date.
Exteriors
Full exterior repaints on houses and apartment blocks, including preparation, crack repair and the right system for the surface. Cape weather is hard on a building — sun on one elevation, salt air and driven rain on another — so the coating matters as much as the colour.
Commercial
We paint commercial buildings, common areas, parking garages and signage, including bay markings and large-format graphic work. If you manage a block or a business premises and need it done around your tenants, say so and we will plan the sequence with you.
Choosing a colour
Bring us a colour code if you have one. If you do not, we will talk you through what holds up in the light the room actually gets, and what a colour does once it is on four walls rather than a swatch.
- Prepared first. Filling, sanding and priming, because that is what decides how long it lasts.
- Covered and protected. Floors, fittings and furniture covered before anything is opened.
- Cut in by hand. Clean lines at the ceiling, trim and skirting.
- Cleaned up. Tape, sheeting and tins leave with us.
