If yours is not here, WhatsApp it. A photo answers most questions faster than a phone call does.
Not in Mitchells Plain or Strandfontein — quotes there are free. Outside those areas we charge a call-out depending on how far we have to travel, and we will tell you what it is before we come out, never after. For anything more than a small repair we measure in person rather than pricing off a photo.
WhatsApp us a photo of the space with a rough idea of what you want. That is usually enough for a ballpark. The firm number comes after we have measured.
Cape Town and surrounds. If you are not sure whether you are in range, ask — we would rather tell you straight than waste your time.
It depends on the size of the job and how quickly materials come in. We give you a start date and a completion date in writing with the quote, so you are not guessing.
Either way. We can supply everything, or you can supply your own board, flooring or doors and we will charge for the labour only. Tell us which you want when you ask so the quote is priced correctly.
Very often, yes. Dropped cupboard doors, blown hinges, water damage under a sink, a door that will not latch — most of that is a repair. If replacing genuinely is the better value, we will tell you why.
Yes — 90 days on our workmanship. If something goes wrong with your cupboards in that time, tell us and we will come out and put it right at no charge.
The hardware and material costs on your quote are payable up front. That is what secures your materials and gets your job onto the production schedule — we place the orders as soon as it clears and confirm your start date at the same time.
Yes. Off-cuts, dust and packaging leave with us. You should get the room back usable, not swept into a corner.
Yes, that is most of our jobs. We will tell you honestly which days will be noisy and which parts of the room will be out of action.
